The US Department of Transportation (DOT) issued a news release announcing the launch of the Cruise Ship Passengers Website.
The site features information (i.e. information on consumer assistance, vessel safety, and cruise line incident reporting statistics) and other resources provided by other federal agencies as a one-stop resource to assist cruise ship passengers in making informed vacation planning decisions.
